Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No Physical Products

Solar AI Advisor is an online advisory and installer matching service. We do not sell, ship or deliver solar panels, inverters, batteries or any other physical goods.

Solar equipment and installation are supplied by the installer the homeowner chooses, under the installer's own agreement. Delivery dates, transport and installation of equipment are the installer's responsibility.

2. Services For Homeowners

Our services for homeowners are free and are delivered online and on WhatsApp:

• Solar estimate: shown on screen straight away when you enter your bill or system size, and on WhatsApp.
• Free technical survey: after you book, we ask verified installers near you to do the survey. An installer who accepts agrees a date and time with you on WhatsApp, usually within 1 to 3 working days, and visits your address at that time.
• Quote comparison and follow-up: delivered on WhatsApp and on your Solar AI Advisor dashboard.

Survey timings depend on installer availability in your area. If no installer can visit, we tell you and keep looking.

3. Services For Installer Partners

Our services for installers are delivered digitally:

• Survey requests and homeowner details are sent on WhatsApp and appear in the partner dashboard as soon as the installer accepts a request.
• Wallet top-ups are added to the wallet balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
• Success fee payments are shown as paid in the dashboard once the payment is confirmed.

4. Delays

If a payment is confirmed but not shown in your dashboard within 24 hours, or a booked free technical survey has not been arranged within 3 working days, please contact us and we will sort it out.
