By using the platform, users consent to such automated processing for the purpose of generating recommendations and insights.

5. Consent For Document Uploads

When uploading electricity bills, quotations, photographs or related documents, users consent to Solar AI Advisor reviewing, storing and processing those materials for service delivery purposes.

Uploaded documents may be used for analysis, verification, quote reviews, installer matching and customer support activities.

6. Consent For Installer Matching

Where users request installer assistance, site surveys, quotations or project support, users consent to Solar AI Advisor sharing relevant information with selected installation partners.

Information shared will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the requested service.

7. Consent For Communications

By providing contact information, users consent to receiving communications related to their solar enquiry, assessment, installer matching request, quote review or project support request.

10. Withdrawal Of Consent

Upon withdrawal of consent, Solar AI Advisor immediately ceases processing and sharing of personal data associated with the user. Account access is disabled and records are scheduled for secure deletion within a reasonable operational period, typically within 24 hours, unless retention is required by applicable law.

Withdrawal of consent may limit our ability to provide certain services, assessments, installer matching functions or support activities.

Withdrawal will not affect processing already completed before the withdrawal request was received.
